  All travel bookings made through our platform are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments must be completed in full as per the schedule shared at the time of booking.

• Cancellations and Refunds:

  Cancellation policies vary per itinerary and will be communicated prior to booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with those policies.

• User Conduct:

  You agree not to misuse our site or engage in behaviour that could harm our reputation or users. We reserve the right to deny access to any user violating these terms.

• Changes to Terms:

• Payment Terms:

  – A minimum of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking.
  – The remaining amount must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the trip start date.
  – For bookings made less than 30 days before the trip, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Refund Policy:

  – Cancellation 30+ days before the trip: 75% refund
  – Cancellation between 15–30 days before the trip: 50% refund
  – Cancellation between 7–15 days before the trip: 25% refund
  – Cancellation less than 7 days before the trip: No refund
